The City of Saskatoon has opened the 2026 Assessment Roll, and the 30-day Assessment Review and Appeal period is now underway.
Key dates

• January 5 – February 6, 2026: Review and appeal period

• Assessment Notices are being mailed to property owners with changes to assessment, tax status, or ownership since January 1, 2025.

 

What property owners should do

• Review your property’s assessed value to ensure accuracy, fairness, and equity.

Appeals

• Formal appeals must be filed by February 6, 2026 (fees apply).

• You do not need to receive an Assessment Notice to file an appeal.
