This week we lost a member of the Chamber family with the passing of former Executive Director Dwight Percy. Dwight served as Executive Director from 1987-1994 and was an avid supporter and enthusiast of Saskatoon and its vibrant business community. Anyone who knew Dwight knew that he was full of life and always had a smile on his face.
 
Prior to the 2020 civic election Dwight and George Rathwell penned an op-ed urging voters to look at the issues of Saskatoon through a different lens and ask themselves, “What kind of City do we plan to create for our children and grandchildren?” With our sights set on the election just a mere year away visionary leadership and game changer initiatives are more important that ever.
