Saskatoon Chamber Announces 2021-2022 Board of Directors

 

SASKATOON, SK – The Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the results of its 2021-22 Board of Directors election following a final count of electronic ballots cast by Chamber member businesses and organizations across the city. A stellar line-up of thirteen business leaders from diverse industries and backgrounds participated in this year’s election with the following six individuals elected to a two-year term:

Todd Denzin – Nutrien

Stephanie Clovechok – Tourism Saskatoon

Gabe Lafond – LutherCare Communities

Claire Marentette – PCL Construction Management Inc.

Joel Pedersen – Fitness 2J2

Tammy Sweeney – TCU Place

 

These newly elected directors will join the following Board members who are entering the second year of their two-year term:

Joseph Gill – McKercher LLP

Tara McKeown – Conexus Credit Union

Heather Ryan – Federated Co-operatives Limited

Tanis Taylor – CCA Consulting

Colton Wiegers – Wiegers Financial & Benefits

 

The following directors did not require re-election this year given their roles as officers on the Board:

Graham Snell – Chicken Farmers of Saskatchewan (Chair)

Carla Browne – Real Canadian Property Management Professionals Inc. (Past Chair)

 

The 2021-22 Executive Committee will be comprised of:

Graham Snell – Chicken Farmers of Saskatchewan (Chair)

Colton Wiegers – Wiegers Financial & Benefits (First Vice-Chair)

Tanis Taylor – CCA Consulting (Second Vice-Chair)

Joseph Gill – McKercher LLP (Secretary)

Carla Browne – Real Canadian Property Management Professionals Inc. (Past Chair)

 

Directors and officers will be officially sworn in at the Chamber’s 114th Annual General Meeting on May 26, 2021 via Zoom.
