If you would like to appeal your 2023 property tax assessment with the City’s Board of Revision, your Notice of Appeal and the accompanying fee must be received by this Friday, February 3 at 5:00PM.
 
Review Your Assessment 
You can review the roll in person at the Assessment and Valuation Office located at 325 3^rd Ave N (one block north of City Hall) between 8AM-5PM or online at saskatoon.ca/taxtool.

If you have questions about your property's assessment, tax class, or exemption status, please contact the City’s Assessment & Valuation Department at 306-975-3227. Most assessment-related questions can be resolved by speaking with an assessor before deciding to file a formal appeal for your property.
