March 13, 2024Budget 2024 Sidesteps Measures for SMEs
March 20, 2024The City of Saskatoon is planning for walking and cycling along Millar Avenue between 43rd Street East and Marquis Drive. The goals is to encourage walking and cycling consistent with the City’s Active Transportation Plan.
While the Chamber supports the advancement of cycling infrastructure and active transportation networks, it is crucial to recognize the potential impact on our local businesses. We believe that we must work to strike a balance between these initiatives and the well-being of our local economy.
To that end, we want you to have your say in the development of this project. The project team will be hosting a community engagement event Wednesday, March 27 from 5-8pm at Rusty Macdonald Library. Additionally, submit your feedback using the online survey.
